Weekly Photo Challenge: Flowers

This week’s weekly photo challenge is Flowers! I thought about it for a bit… And I can’t think of anyway to spin this one.. 😦 (And by “spin this” I mean for example, when the topic was “Hot” and I gave you a steamy mirror or perhaps the topic “Refreshing” and I gave a gorgeous young man…)

I was considering going back to the good ole days when I use to receive flowers at McDonald’s from strangers that I only knew through the drive through, but I figured I’d use something more recent. Flowers at the travel rest stops along America‘s highways.

I’m glad they attempt to make these places look beautiful. I feel much better peeing in a place where it looks taken care of. I’m sure you’d agree.

And a pot of homegrown flowers, marigolds, planted near tomatoes (which once won me points one time while attempting to “internet date” a cute boy with a green thumb)….
